BCL10 (MALT-Lymphoma Marker)(151) , CF594 conjugate , 0.1mg / mL
B-cell lymphoma/leukemia 10 (BCL10) is a signaling protein that promotes apoptosis , pro-caspase-9 maturation , and activation of NF-kappa-B via NIK and IKK. BCL10 contains an N-terminal caspase recruitment domain (CARD) , which is found in a number of apoptotic regulatory molecules. BCL10 is involved in the adaptive immune response , and may be an adapter protein between upstream TNFR1-TRADD-RIP complex and the downstream NIK-IKK-IKAP complex. A BCL10 translocation is recurrent in low-grade mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT lymphoma). Primary antibodies are available purified , or with a selection of fluorescent CF® Dyes and other labels. CF® Dyes offer exceptional brightness and photostability. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF®405S and CF®405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets , because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
